She has the uncanny ability to distill all the information obtained from clients until she gets right down to the essence of the brand. This she delivers to the creative team, providing oversight until the brand identity is translated into concepts, slogans and meaningful images. Charlotte is also experienced in the launching and management of businesses, which gives her a deep understanding of clients' strategic stakes whilst providing a supporting role in the development of the agency.
